I generally have great experiences when I visit this location. Like all Home Depot locations, their scale is enormous and at times it can be difficult to track down an associate.  As soon as you find one though, they are always willing and ready to help.  If they don't know the answer, they will wander the aisles for you until they find someone who does.  You'll have your parking validated so don't worry about finding parking on the street nearby.I always find the front entrance to be cluttered with buckets containing latest deals,  this always makes the story look a little disorganized but overall a satisfactory shopping experience. No qualms with returning items too, big bonus.

Sitting in a coffee shop, therefore, taking the time to clear out some of the drafts that have been sitting in my inbox for 4 months of local reviews in attempt to reduce my list one at a time (I have over 60 drafts). This used to be a Canadian tire. I arrived her and to my surprise the name changed. My heart was broken. I have an attachment to CND tire. I wanted to pay cash for tools so that I could get some CT money. I had no choice to come here. Got my tools but no CT money. Service was okay. Items are the same as a CT.

I just bought a fridge here, really, I just did, and even though it's not at my home just yet (as requested by me) I have to give the sales guy, and this store it's due. This is not the closest one to my house, and this is definitely an urban-city Home Depot. Located where all the hustle and bustle of Cambie/Broadway is strategically placed for those who don't have a car, right along a Skytrain line, yet they still have all the big stuff if you have a house. If you buy something here, you can get your parking reimbursed, as it's the same parking lot as that for Save On Foods and Winners. They have everything that other HD's have... from light bulbs, to tiles, to big appliances, and it's pretty easy to find some help lurking around the isles. It's a full on HD just put into a non-warehouse environment. The only beef I have.. and it's not their fault.. but more like their loss prevention.. is the shopping carts which have a mechanism that locks the wheels. Everytime I go.. and I need a cart, it's hard to find.. and when I find one.. it's impossible to move cause someone probably tried to take the thing off premises.. and the wheels are locked up, and impossible to move.. like a cave man rolling a cart with square wheels. One of the places I've used to buy pieces and parts for the current renovation going on. If you really walk around sometimes you find good deals... like my fridge.. as it was a display model, and luckily for me.. they can keep it there.. only for a short time.. before they ship it to me.. as I need to get the floor done before this new beauty comes. Good service, and convenient......

By far one of the best Home Depots solely for their customer service. Yes, you may have to wait your turn of flag one down , but once you get their attention, it's all you baby. They really go out of their way to help you with every single thing.

This review is based solely on the customer service team, not the selection, quality or beauty of their home products. We recently tried to return a couple of items, one of them we didn't even have the receipt anymore because we had purchased it a while ago and never used it. The girl we spoke to was super helpful, told us that since we didn't have the receipt we would only get a store credit and was that ok with us. Well of course it is, most shops would pretty much tell us to get lost anyway! The item for which we had the receipt was a broken lightbulb that didn't work with our dimmer and started buzzing, so it was pretty much ready for the trash... She refunded us no problem and there we picked up a different lightbulb.WIth service like that, it makes you want to give them business because they don't make a fuss when things go wrong. So there, Home Depot, good job on training your customer service team because we will be back and continue shopping with you.

Every time I come I find a helpful sales associate that helps me figure something out.Last time a spry mature gentleman helped me choose the best quiet space heater. I wish he was my grandpa he was so cute.Today I needed some special bulbs and a young associate brought me to the spot and helped me choose the right ones.Helpful and amusing. That's how I like to shop!g

I've been here at least a dozen times and the staff have always been fantastic. They're knowledgeable and been able to help me with anything, whether it's just pointing me in the right direction, or measuring out the proper "L" bracket I need.

The service at every Home Depot I've been to is superb. I frequent this location the most and it is no exception. My only complaint about this specific store is that you can't buy your wood and get it cut here because they don't have a wall saw (because they're only leasing the space or something like that) so you have to go to another location. For everything else, I would much rather come here than the hardware store a few doors down.

This is a nice large Home Depot therefore it has a full range of stock. I don't know if it's related to store size or what, but, it was difficult for me to find someone to help me find my product. Finally, I just popped over to Lowe's which is a few minutes away by foot.

Great place to rent a truck. Have done it in many occasions. Cheap and fast. As long as no one else has rented it. Great selection of products. Smells great in the store if you like wood.

The staff here are really knowledgeable and helpful. Travelled to a Rona, Home Hardware, and Lowe's before finding the part I needed. An older gentleman named Bob, who was a retired plumber, ended up finding exactly what I wanted (after I had spent $30 at the other places!).

Typical Home Depot. Prices and inventory are comparable to similar big box hardware stores...

This is one of the larger stores so they have good stock and a range of products. I've been working on a couple of projects over the past year so I've been a regular in their lumber and tool rental department. There's a more senior gentleman who normally works at the contractor counter who is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rental staff are also very good and will give you good advice but one thing is a bit disappointing - you can't reserve some of their machines e.g. excavators. You have to turn up on the day and hope it's available. There's normally someone available to help you load up stuff into your vehicle which can be a godsend when you have multiple sheets of 4x8 plywood or 2x lumber.

What's to say this is the home depot and for most as myself this is where I buy my tools and the vast majority of home improvement products as well. They have a tool rental office and customer service desk that makes returns easy. Would be a 5 star if the staff were more knowledgeable.

Largest and best selection of the Home Depots in the KW region but most of all the Staff here is what make this home hardware store the best in Ontario. Extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and always available. Unlike the Rona next door. I was in there a few weeks ago. Looking for something specific. Asked for help, was told the person in that department was not around and that he would go find them let them know I was there. 10 minutes went by I seen the guy I originally talked to be basically didnt bother asking. Not very helpful staff, not very knowledgeable.

Souvent on a besoin d'aide.

Last night we headed to the Home Depot in Bradford to purchase a Washer & Dryer. Mitch in the appliance department was absolutely amazing, she has great product knowledge but above great Customer Service. Although we can't get our Washer and Dryer until December (no fault of the Home Depot). Mitch set us up with a loaner washer and dryer until we get our new ones!! It's a home improvement store - not destination shopping. There is only a need to go there when one needs to fix something. What's important to me are the inventory, the price and availability. I don't need to talk to the staff unless I can't find something I need - and to this latter point I have had reasonable experience. You just need to know where the orange aprons are likely to hang out. Other than that I would rather prefer to be left alone to browse and stock up.

I have been there any number of times. The staff have helped me with projects, credit, ordering and cutting in-store blinds, and most recently getting a quote for a set of kitchen cabinets. I have had great customer service in almost all departments--I must admit the 'almost' is because the paint department employees do seem more curt and harried, as there is usually a line of people vying for their attention, but when you get to the front of the line YOU are their focus just like the person ahead of you was a minute before.

I stopped by this location to order a dishwasher, I showed the sales person the lower price of the competitor, he simply went online to confirm, verified the price I had produced, applied the additional discount offered by the competitor then applied 10% discount per their policy and proceeded to place the order. Generally quite a good home depot (I've been in a lot of these, and frequently) Most of the staff is friendly other than a guy in appliances who is rude, unhelpful and has poor product knowledge. Most of the other staff are knowledgeable or can find you someone else that is.(what more can you ask really) Store is tidy. Manager is friendly. Stock levels are usually pretty good. This is my closes home depot so I am here very often. My biggest complaint is that this store has a clearance problem. Clearance products are barely marked down and often sit around for months as a result. Many times I've seen clearance product more expensive than current product prices because they have been there so long. It's a small thing, but it bothers me.

I work at SmartyPantz Escape Rooms. Yesterday we were having some trouble with one of our puzzles which we needed a key cut thinner, three locations turned us down before I tried Home Depot and the gentleman there had no problem cutting the new thinner key and even wrote a smiley face on the bag. :) I rushed back to work and my manager tried it but it was still too thick unfortunately. I headed back to Home Depot and even though I was told they technically didn't have any thinner keys the same gentleman who helped me before went through the stock of keys, comparing them and found one that was thinner. He cut that one for me and it ended up saving the day back at work.

I was experiencing a leak in my kitchen faucet and replacement of the cartridge did not stop the leak. I phoned plumbing and a gentleman by the name of, Patrick, took the call. He told me that if I contacted Moen, Canada that they would send me out the parts or replace my faucet by UPS. But Moen Canada is closed Saturday and Sunday and I would have to wait until Monday to contact the company for the replacement faucet. I would have been without a kitchen faucet for at least 5-6 days. Instead he was kind enough to take on the responsibility of replacing my old faucet with a new one. I want to personally thank Patrick for the fantastic service.

Overall, a very good store, people are helpful, polite except for one idiot, brunette working in the Paint department. I haven't seen him lately. He is from the Orient, speaks one of the Arabic languages and pays attention mostly to customers coming from his homeland. Has this arrogant attitude with a smirk on his face that you feel like punching his face. I reported him once, but nothing's been done. I will avoid him at any cost. I hope he will get fired. There are many other young people nice and respectful. He is not one of them. Other than that. it is a great store and we found everything we needed for the house.

My brother and I each received great service from Andre when we bought our snow blowers on the same night just before a BIG snowstorm. He competently and cheerfully put two together very quickly for us while we waited. He is a model employee who deserves a pat on the back. I will also say that the lady who dealt with us at the customer service desk was equally effective, and very nice to us. The people they have working for them are top notch and know what good customer service is all about. Good service can sometimes be hard to come by but not at this place.

I was helped by a gentleman named Calvin on November 4th at this location and I must say this was my best experience at Home Depot! Calvin was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in full detail! He was extremely professional, willing to help and share his expertise and very friendly as opposed to many other encounters with staff at different locations and in general, other stores. I was especially pleased that he even followed-up with my order the following day! I strongly recommend this location and in particular, suggest seeking Calvin for any advice or questions! He truly is an outstanding staff member and the company is lucky to have him on board!

This Ikea has been servicing Scarborough and the surrounding area for over 20 years. Have been coming here since I was a child, and still come here to get things for my parent's house. With the new competition from Lowe's Home Depot is really stepping it up and putting on a real fight.

First time in 15 years I visited a Home Depot where EVERYONE helped me in each aisle where I needed assistance. Furthermore I was greeted with smiles and good mornings from 2 random floor staffs combined with the 3 who assisted me in finding my products which were in stock. Then I had the most pleasant cashier associate be cheerful and it just made my day. So it is evident that in addition to product avaialbility, I always appreciate good service. As a result, I will most likely be visiting this location again over others and instead of competitors. I hope that team gets recognition! Superb job and great location!

MY 'GO TO' STORE TO GET WHAT I NEED. Not perfect, but if you figure out who the experienced sales staff are your shopping experience goes a lot better. Sometimes the associates will sell you products they've been trained to push. e.g. PEX PIPE and fittings. I regret installing the suspect products in my washroom. On the other hand, I've been to competitive stores Lowes and Rona (defuncto a gonzo). Frustratingly annoying!!! Ya sure, I get some bum information from H.D. too, but I've also completed my biggest DIY's through the help of this store's staff. Great selection of specialty and trade hand tools. You can't put a price on getting the the right tools to get a job done.

Outstanding customer service. Everyone regardless of department was eager to assist, helpful and very friendly. Curtis at this location provided just outstanding service. This is the best Home Depot customer service that I have ever received and this will be my first go to store from now on. The staff are pretty much always easy to find, are willing to help, and are generally knowledgeable in the section in which they work. Usually they will go beyond the basics with you and explain in detail which products you'll need for a given job. The exception is often the weekends - I get the impression their weekend staff is part-time and not as comfortable with the products they sell. Prices are pretty good, and their inventory usually matches what they advertise online.

home depot cured my alopecia! true story, i was in the chilliwack location shopping for rope, duct tape and gloves and made the mistake of ducking under the barricade of an aisle that had been cordoned off for safety. i was selecting some beautiful lime green double braided rope when a spool of aviation cable bonked me on the head, sending me unconscious into a stack of boxed chain. i guess some boxes landed on me, because i lay there unconscious for the better part of 2 days and went completely unnoticed by staff until i awoke and tried to free myself. to their credit, when i was noticed, staff members were quick to provide first aid in the form of fluids and some spill absorption material (after 2 days out cold i had soiled myself something terrible), as well as giving me a 5% discount on my entire purchase! a few days later i noticed new hair growth. my doc says the prolonged exposure to the zinc coating on the galvanized chain is most likely what kick started the hair growth. today i am hairy as the back of chewbacca's hand, and i owe it all to the big box retailer, home depot. 5 out of 5!

I experienced exceptional customer service from this store and from the Squamish Store. I had been searching in vain for a Christmas train for my first new Grandson for 2 years and it was sold out everywhere every time I tried to get one. This year though there were 2 way out in Squamish. I was able to purchase it over the phone but would have to wait for it to be shipped to Park Royal Home depot which was closest to me. The manager from Park Royal Home depot happened to be in Squamish while I was on the phone trying to get the train, and he offered to hand deliver it himself from Squamish to his store for me the same day and I was able to pick it up immediately in time for Christmas. I was wished a wonderful Christmas to my family and new Grandson :) It set the tone for the rest of Christmas. :)

All the goodies are here for DIY projects. This is one of the stores I like the just walk around in and just get ideas. Sometimes figure out things are simpler to fix myself then I may have thought. I particularly like the self checkout. Lots of people seem to be a little intimidated by using a computer to check out, so it's super fast to go in an out with just a couple things. Poor product.... but exceptional customer service made up for it! I purchased a cantilever umbrella from the wyecroft oaville location over a year ago. The umbrella snapped in half during a family bbq last week so I called the home depot call center for assistance. The call centre did nothing to assist and did nothing to address my concerns. I decided to show up in store and discuss them matter with customer service. The first supervisor came over and suggested it was not a store issue and explained that I would have to deal with the manufacturer if the product was older then 3 months. Not good. I was upset to say the least and shocked by the fact that HD was not willing to stand behind their product especially when it could have resulted in serious injury. I was very upset, demanded a manager, and have to admit, I became quite beligerent. Ali, a manager in customer service, attempted to calm the situation and demonstrated the type of skills that separate HD from others in the home improvement category. Ali's level headed approach and professionalism was calming and allowed us to work through a solution. Although I am not pleased with the quality of the cantilever umbrella I purchased. Ali did all the right things to ensure that this loyal Home depot shopper will continue to shop at the Home Hepot. Thank you Ali!

I prefer this home depot to some of the others. Believe me I've been to every one of them west of Toronto. Stock levels are decent, plumbing and electrical sections aren't hiding in the corner like a few other stores I won't name. Andrew at the ProDesk is my go-to guy for my special orders. Great selection and amazing service. Love the fact that they beat their competitor's pricing by 10% instead of just doing a price match. I've taken advantage of this many times. There are so many reasons that Home Depot will get my business, every single time. I have visited this location on several occasions, each time to seek help, advice, and supplies for many projects that I've wished to tackle. Almost always, I had no idea where to start or how to accomplish it. Often, I haven't even known which tools or hardware were appropriate for the job. Every step of the way, there was an expert close-by to assist me. They were incredibly patient, and despite a boat-load of questions that I continuously had, they never made me feel like I was bothering them or that they had something more important to do. I live on the other side of the city, and I continue to venture out on the 30-minute bus ride, instead of going to the Canadian Tire (on Stone Road) which is 5 minutes from my home. The employees at Home Depot truly are experts, and are always present in the store. Every time I've had a question, an orange apron hasn't been far away. The individuals in each department are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of their field, and can sometimes even offer professional advice in other departments as well. I have found that if an associate is unable to answer your question (as has been the case only a couple of times out of many), they will not lend advice unless they are confident in it's validity. They refuse to steer you in the wrong direction in a subject area in which they are not an expert, and won't abandon your request until they have solved your problem. They do this by seeking help from associates, checking online, or even doing product comparisons to get you on the right track. A very important trait that I have noticed among Home Depot's magnificent employees is that they never push any products on you. When you ask for the product you need, they will be straight and honest, and even recommend the least expensive option required to complete the task at hand. I love shopping there, and recommend it to ANYONE looking to take on a project at home, at work, or simply seek advice. Home Depot is definitely the place to shop.

She spent time with us to ensure we were provided with all of the options. A more knowledgeable and pleasant sales person I have never met. She is to be congratulated on her professional manner.

I called on May 14 regarding a barbecue listed in the local flyer, I had an associate named Sawyer, ask me the model # he then stated that they were outside and he would have to look and see how many they had, he would then call me back. Less than 10 minutes later he called and confirmed they had approx. 12 in stock, I then asked him how do I go about purchasing one to be picked up at a later date. he provided the answered to all of my questions in a very professional manner. I went down a couple of hours to pay for my purchase the customer reps at the desk were very frantic, but also processed my purchase wonderfully. I picked my barbecue up two days later, although it took approx. 15 minutes to secure someone from seasonal for the carryout of my barbecue, all went smoothly. Great Service~!!

I would like to thank those directly and indirectly responsible for the service, we at Alumpro receive from the Home Depot Store in Thunder Bay. I will admit we experienced issues in the beginning of our relationship but when I brought my concerns to the right people, changes were made and I learned at that time I had changes to make within my operations. We now know what Home Depot means when they say; "Growing a business together". A very special thanks goes out to Brian, a Manager at the Pro Desk in Thunder Bay, ON, he has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs for product and service, that we might in turn, service our Customers in a timely fashion. All the best, Mark Alexander & the Alumpro Team

People in general have a lot to say about 'large commercial hardware stores'. However, I like the Ancaster Home Depot. The staff has a lot of gems on-board and after going there on a regular basis you learn which ones are more helpful. Hey Lynn H if you're reading, you're the best! Lynn walked me through the process of signing up for a contractor card, something I should have done years ago. And to the person putting down the lady in the paint dept maybe you caught her on a bad day. She's a sweet lady and I've actually had the pleasure of dealing with her myself. Go Depot!

This is not a review but a comment . If you have a problem with a person or persons at a store don't whine in here go to the store manager face to face . The people serving you are to be courteous at all times as the company doesn't want people working for them if they are rude ,obnoxious or lazy just to name a few . To make the store and service better a face to face with the manager is best for you and for the store Thank you

This is a shout-out on behalf of Ed, who was working in the roofing/decks department on Saturday, July 25, 2015. I was looking at corrugated polycarbonate roofing panels, trying to decide whether to go with the Home Depot product or the Lowe's product. I was leaning toward the Home Depot product, but hadn't been impressed with the expertise of the service person I'd dealt with earlier in the week. Ed approached me and asked if I could use some assistance. It was clear that he knew what he was talking about and, in fairly short order, he had assembled everything I was going to need to undertake my project, which entailed replacing the roofing panels on my carport. He accompanied me to the cash and assisted me through the rental of the Home Depot "hotshot truck". Without Ed's assistance, I expect I would still be dithering over which panel system to choose and what collateral materials I was going to need to complete it. Ed, thank you again for your assistance.

I want to share my shopping experience on going to the Home Depot in Gatineau yesterday (Monday, March 21, 2016). I went there with my niece with her 10 month old twins. We both went there to purchase paint. I was really apprehensive of going as I don't speak any French. I assumed I would have a problem in communicating my requests to the associate. And I also expected a long wait time on getting served in the paint department.Behr has an exceptional paint sale on this week. I was pleasantly surprised on how fluently bilingual all the staff in paint department. There were five associates on the floor and they all were fluently bilingual. I was served by a young man (he ware a grey shirt with a Behr logo) spoke perfect English, was very helpful, he engaged in conversation, gave eye contact and smiled. The young women that served my Niece was just as focused and engaging in serving her. Between the two of us we purchased 14 gallons. As we waited for our paint to be mixed, I observed how well the associates worked together. They were engaging with each other at the tasks at hand, worked as a team effectively and efficiently getting customers orders processed. We arrived at 10:15 a.m. we probably spent about 10 minutes looking at the paint swabs before getting in line to place our orders and we were through the cash at 10:54. Wow!!! This has by far been my best painting purchase experience in over 20 years of purchasing paint.Thank you for your exceptional customer service and your paint department is exceptional.

Some of the reviews on here are ridiculous. Specific stores have nothing to do with their online search engines and functions. Leaving a review for a location specific store on an Online Line of business issue is idiotic. Blaming vendors for delayed shipments; again this has nothing to do with employees...stores like this are distributors and resellers...they do not control expected time frames for shipments or vendors stock levels...if the vendor says they don't have something and then in-turn contacts the reseller (be it home depot or otherwise) there is literally nothing can be done. Know what you are talking about before you post a pointless review.

I went into this Home Depot looking for floor screws, the size I needed was not in the shelf asked a staff member to check the stock and sure enough they had 5 buckets on hand. The matter was finding them, So he had a few other staff looked high and low for them. They eventually found them up on the top shelf they offered to get them but it would take 10 more minutes so I told them not to sweat and just grabbed another size of screws They told me If I come back later they will be there. Great service from this location from the staff, not so satisfied with products not being stacked on reachable shelves at night.

Best PRO desk and service out off all homedepots, Ronas and Lowes in the GTA. ALL the staff behind the pro desk are great and work on getting your orders delivered asap and even same day if they can. I have used pretty much all homedepots and this is the best location by far. You can see that it's managed very well. One thing I find with other home depot locations is they are short of stock or they don't restock items which is the most frustrating experience when your a builder and you need supplies asap. This location stays on top of the inventory which is amazing. I never write reviews but had to because these guys have helped me out of a jam a few times now... Keep up the good work....

One of my favorite big-box retail stores in the GTA. Home Depot is the sort of place where you show up to pick up something you need, and you invariably end up spending hours wandering the aisles picking up things you don't need, but look cool anyway. Lowe's has burned me more than once (making excuses about returns, difficult to find associates, associates in adjacent departments unwilling to help) while HD make returns incredibly easy and I am often approached and asked if I need assistance.

This is my go to store for stuff I need to fix things around my house. Their prices can sometimes be a bit inflated so it is best to research online before hand. I almost never use their staff for questions on what to get, as they don't know what I am talking about most of the time. However, they are very helpful tracking items down in the store.

Shelves are stocked full. Staff kind of just walk around doing their own thing so if you want help you need to ask for it, no one is going to come ask you.

A very large home renovations store. Prices are generally pretty cheap, although be careful when buying materials like wood and tile, on occasion they can be warped. Of course they have an excellent return policy, but that's sometimes a pain.

Having recently bought a new home, my fiance and I have been to this store almost daily for the past few months. The customer service that we have received has been top notch. Whatever project we are buying supplies for, plumbing, electrical, etc, there is always someone willing to help and give valuable advice. This is a well oiled machine.

They have the products I want at competitive prices. Some internet-complainers whine about the lack of service, but it's basically a warehouse for people who already know what they want. If it was flooded with employees to help/educate the people too lazy to do their own research, then prices would be higher. I'd prefer lower prices, since I am not too lazy to use the internet before shopping.

I got a hammer drill for the first time. The lady at the section helped me choose a right tool for me then gave me step-by-step instructions and explained very well kindly and patiently. She also helped me other shopping I had to do in the store. Other staff I encounter in the store were also very helpful and friendly that made my shopping experience much better than I expected.

Finding the right staff is key to getting the product I need (especially when I'm working at the edge of my skill level). Home Depot employs their share of fresh faced teens, but it's usually very easy to find someone experienced in the type of project I'm working on.

Staffing levels are low. Really low. Like you're best off knowing what you're looking for. If you're lucky, find a staff for help, who will get on the intercom and ask someone to come to Isle Whatever, and then wait... and wait.... and wait..... Eventually, just get what you need and bring it back if it didn't work for you.

We went to Home Depot on Jan.11. We were on our way to Costco to buy a new washing machine and thought it wouldn`t hurt to compare prices. We had been to the store before and were not impressed with the staff in the past. They didn`t seem to know much. I was VERY happy to find the woman in the appliance dept. that knew what she was talking about. I had did my home work and knew what I was talking about too.The woman went out of her was to price compare with me beside her. We decided to stay and buy at Home Depot because of Sonny. Good job!

Good customer service in general, but: Stock of items is inadequate, not many choices when compared to Lowes. The store is in dear need of renovations. Feels old and outdated. Parking lot needs some attention as well.

Not sure why the negative reviews are here, however I have never had a truly bad experience with them. Grant you they did break my order of glass doors not once, not twice, not three times, but four times total, HOWEVER they resolved the matter in a professional manner, provided me with a discount, and overall made me content. The prices here stand up to the competition, and if they don't - simply price match. The service is, in my opinion, much friendlier than Rona, and a tad more helpful too. They also have a superior stock selection. I would not recommend them for appliances, as you can get a better deal elsewhere, but overall, they are great.

We have been dealing with this store for the past few weeks while doing renovations and couldn't be happier with the service. Each time we were there we were helped promptly and efficiently. The staff members answered any questions I had and if they couldn't, they found the person that could. On one occasion we had to return flooring but there was absolutely no problem doing that either. I have found that if you don't treat staff like they are your personal servants, if you understand that things can and WILL go wrong, your experience with whatever store you are dealing will be much less stressful. I will definitely continue to do business with this store!

Every time I go to this store I get great service and great products. I have had the manager Kevin work closely with his staff and find exactly what I am looking for. I bought many things from this store just for the fact that the service and knowledge was great. I bought my hot tub there and I love it, it works great. I also bought a few BBQ and love them, and recently I bought a fire pit that was completely lost in the store but with the teams effort everyone managed to find me the fire pit. Love the store. Thanks Home Depot

I love Home Depot in general, and this location specifically, for the incredible customer service I've received on several visits. The staff are genuinely knowledgeable and helpful. Many times I've had them suggest a solution to my particular household problem that was both practical and economical, along with expert advice on how to make it happen. They have never tried to upsell me to get me to buy a more expensive product, and in fact often recommend a more economical option to one I'm considering. Once an employee even gave me a part I needed for free because he happened to have a spare and it wasn't something the store sold separately.
